Little Metal Men is a trading name of The PW Co Ltd. Credit and Debit card statements will have “The PW Co” appear on the charge line.

We want you to be very pleased with your online experience, your contact with Little Metal men and your purchases from us.

We regard feedback is very important. Customer comment enables us to constantly review, and improve our standards. Bringing you great products, regularly, and in a timely manner is our simple retail philosophy.

These days everyone has to have a set of rules which are known as the Terms and Conditions of Business. We want everything to be simple and straightforward, but our Legal people say “spell it out”. So here comes the turgid prose. I’ll try to keep it in plain English and as easy as possible.

All orders are subject to availability. We always try to ensure that we obtain accurate product information from our Suppliers. The images shown on the site may not be the same as the product packaging received.

Placing an order with Little Metal Men signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

There is no minimum or maximum order unless such is specified in a particular promotion advertisement or offer. Product prices are given on the web site. Being human, errors can occur. Should we have incorrectly priced an item we will not be liable to supply you the item at the incorrect price.

You must be 18 years of age or over to make web, email, catalogue, or any other form of purchase from Little Metal Men. (If you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to make a purchase)

No contract exists between us until goods are actually dispatched to you. Up to that point we must reserve the right to accept or decline to supply at our discretion.

All orders are dispatched in plain wrappings. Postages are charged dependent on weight and volume of goods purchased. Orders from outside the UK are subject to International shipping fees.

Most items are dispatched from stock. Occasionally stock may need replenishing before shipment can be effected. Customers will be kept appraised by email of any foreseeable delays.

Delivery will be made to the cardholders address. Delivery to any third party address will be at our sole discretion. We may request positive written confirmation from the customer.

All prices are in £sterling and include VAT where applicable. Ownership and title in the goods does not pass to the customer until full payment has been received.

Anti Fraud. When creating an account with Little Metal Men you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful. Your right to use this site is non transferable. Any right or password given to you may only be used by you.

Damages, shortages, non delivery. A notification email is sent when goods are dispatched. Damages or shortages (which we trust will never happen) must be notified to us within two days of delivery. Non delivery must be notified within 5 days of the date of the dispatch email.

Returns: If for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact us by email or telephone. We shall issue a “returns number” and instructions. Package the goods securely, enclose a note with your name and address, the returns number, and reason for return. Please note that Products can only be returned if unopened and unused.
Send your package to Little Metal Men (Return) One Post Office Road, Woodham Mortimer, Maldon, Essex CM9 6SZ . Ensure that you obtain “proof of posting” and email sales@littlemetalmen.co.uk with the date of your parcel return. We shall validate your return on receipt and credit your card within seven days.

Please note that “Special orders” and “Custom items” obtained for and at the specific request of a customer are not returnable.

Our liability in connection with any order will not exceed the price charged for relevant items.

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel within seven days of the goods being delivered. Please call or email should you wish to exercise this right. The goods must be returned unopened and unused.

Should the Little Metal Men website contain links to other sites we are not liable for the content of such web sites. If you decide to utilise such links you do so at your own risk.

Little Metal Men reserve the right to change, add or remove or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check the T&C periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be decided by English Courts.

Should any of these Terms be held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in whole or in part such shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms & Conditions.
